Wow, have I been slack lately or what? Here's a quick grab bag of songs pilfered from 2 of my favorite MP3 blogs: 3Hive and Little Hits. 3Hive pointed me towards 2 free songs by a new band called Ex-Boyfriends that sounds quite a bit like early XTC (one of my favorite influences of the last few years). Speaking of which, 3Hive also recently posted a new song by XTC that sounds good to me. LittleHits posted a song by an obscure band called TV 21. As promised, their 1981 single Something's Wrong does indeed sound like the Comsat Angels; it also sounds like Teardrop Explodes, for my money.
